  1. You are doing great, Linda. Things will get better with time and it is definitely worth the early struggles. Keep up the awesome work.

  4. NOPE - Smoking sucks!
  5. I haven't seen a bonfire here lately. I'll gladly throw my 31,500 unsmoked cancer sticks into the fire. Feel free to throw your unsmoked cigarettes into the fire for everyone who has had their lives cut short due to horrible nicotine addiction.
  6. Welcome aboard Mick. Congratulations on almost 1 month smoke free. You are doing a great thing in quitting smoking. There is a lot of support and knowledge you can gain here so make yourself at home.
  7. The early days of a quit can be rough but hang in there. Things do get much better. The far healthier life of being a nonsmoker is worth the early struggles.

    NOPE!
  9. you are doing great, Helen!
  10. I quit cold turkey but it took me a number of quits to finally get to that final quit for good. I can't give any advice on NRT's as I have no experience with them. However, I have seen since my quit that there have been many people who have successfully quit by NRT's so quitting that way is very doable. Just follow the instructions and keep reaching out for advice from others who did quit with NRT's. You are doing a great thing. It is easy to get discouraged but don't. Quitting smoking is a great thing regardless of how you accomplish it.
  11. Great job, UpInSmoke. Congratulations!
  12. Nice sleek color scheme. The yellow/orange gradient on the logo works well with the dark background. Good job.
  13. SOS

Smoking will NOT fix any of that...or anything else. Fight through this. You are so much better off without cigarettes.
