  15. Actually had quite a few tornados in the central North Carolina area despite being far from the center of Hurricane Helene. The NC mountains got serious flooding and areas south of here, especially Florida and Georgia got hit a lot worse. 16. NOPE!
  17. For @Lust4Life2016 's 8 year smoke free anniversary. (Apologies for all the smoking in this video)
  18. Cute video from female Japanese punk rock band Shonen Knife featuring lots of cats, presumably all non-smokers.
  19. On the very edge of the future path of Hurricane Helene....actally, Raleigh isn't even in the cone path. But there are already tornado warnings out about half an hour from my house. Helene looks like a beast. I hope the folks in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and western North Carolina get through this as ok as posssible.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
