  3. Never been to Reno or Vegas - so can't help there.. But: 1. It has a pool 2. It has a King size bed Champagne - Room Service. seems to fit the requirements as described... Who cares what the restaurants are like?
  4. I say...this is all a bit rich, what? And started by an English Rose too...on the Queen's birthday? Tracey...wash your mouth out with soap. The rest of you too. (Retreats darkly muttering about the world going to the dogs, glass of port in hand before loudly farting)....
  5. And now we have: Budweiser, Coors, Coors Lite etc etc McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC Go into a bar in London now and you have to beg for a beer not served cold... :angry: Globalisation. Love it. :angry: Young man. I am British. I drive down the middle of the road. Now get out of my way. There's a good chap. :P
  6. Hey Rob! Not being grumpy...just nostalgic.. I don't think kids today have it easy at all. They seem to me be forced into being pre-packaged mini adults. There seems precious little time for just being kids.
  7. The only thing that takes away your fears is your determination. Fear is normal and natural. You manage it. You are not a cube of sugar melting in the rain. You are a strong, determined, cool-headed person. Acknowledge your fear - and let it know that it will not win. You have already won - so your fear is best just moving along.

  9. Hey Jake. It does seem to take forever...but it is just a perception. You have made a massive change that has revolutionised the way your body works. Congratulations on that by the way. Each week that passes will be better. What are you doing with the extra time you now have? Started something new?

  17. Could be! I get up with the sun anyway, but some people do report insomnia, waking early, sleeping late etc at the start of the quit. Have a great day!

  20. Hey Sarah. morning! Yes first couple of weeks your sleep van go a bit haywire as your body chemistry changes. Also, look out for caffeine, it has much more effect on a non smoking body...
