  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I have been so busy lately that I haven't been a responsible Quit Train member. While I haven't been around, I have been happily smoke free for 3-months and it feels great. While there have been urges, I don't really even think about it too much anymore. Every once in a while it sneaks up but I am able to say, "that was stupid" and move on with my day. Hope everyone is doing well and I will try to be around more often (hopefully both work and life settle down a little bit) :)
  2. Back to work after a long weekend…NOPE for me today.
  3. That is fantastic news!! So happy to hear that all is well.
  4. Thank you all for the words of encouragement…I know it will get better and I am not going back to smoking because who needs to go through this whole process again :) Hope all is well in the land of non-smokers.
  5. I feel like crap most of the time. I quit on March 1st and I am so very happy and proud of myself…but I am sick of feeling like dirt. My attitude has sucked, I gained about 15 lbs. and my stomach hasn't been quite right since I quit. One would think that after 6-weeks quit that there would be some normalcy in the way your body feels. Okay…had to vent and now I feel a little better so I will look forward to tomorrow.
  6. Thinking positive thoughts for you Action!! I am sure all will work out just fine and it is better to be proactive when it comes to anything dealing with health. Keep us posted.
  7. Nope for me on this Sunday!! Hoppy non-smoking Sunday to everyone :)
  8. Congratulations Marti!! A month is great … I know i was ecstatic when the 1-month anniversary hit!!
  9. Been a busy week and I haven't been around much but I am doing well and continuing my pledge to NOPE!!! Jake
  10. I have a quit date of March 1st Amber. Thanks for spearheading this for us :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
