Hey JC Dog walk. I had the same issue. I decided to make it a time where I focused on nature and my senses. Maybe it was only in my head, but quitting enlivened my senses. I could smell more, taste more, my eyes seemed more 'open'. So I would walk the dog and tell myself 'wow, my breathing feels cleaner. What a great benefit!' And "hmmm...I seem a little less breathless than last month" etc.... I used that time in the morning for a little self audit.

Hoping for a new wallet. The moths that live in the old one are eating through it. Sent La Bandita the link to Bellroy. Smellies- La Bandita gives me all sorts of fantastic Italian scents. I catch her watching me put it on, hoping that my belly will shrink, my muscles will grow, my skin will take on an Italiand dusky hue and I will become the model she saw in the ad... Then I belch, scratch my ass and ask if there is beer in the fridge. Christmas is so disappointing for La Bandita.... Although, I did get an email yesterday. Her car is arriving before Christmas. How in God's name do you wrap up a BMW X3? I struggle with wrapping a sweater!
