  19. Intentional Relapse Some people say they actually plan on relapsing or have consciously already thrown away their quits. Video introduces two articles that explain these kind of intentional actions and ways of avoiding falling into such a trap yourself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-QeMkronis4 Articles related to intentional relapse I made a conscious decision to smoke I think I have decided to go back to smoking

  23. Sometimes Evelyn, going to bed early is the best thing because tomorrow is a brand new day and a new beginning. Please, never give up hope. Not with your quit and all of the other things that you have to deal with. This train runs 24/7 only stopping to pick up a few and here and there and of course coal for the fires, but other than that, we're always running on time, especially since The Watchman's Gone. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DJ92sS8WwGM
  24. Doreen, I've had a very rough day and you've brought tears of joy to my eyes. You beat this horrible addiction and took your freedom back. I love how much inner strength you have and always find the time to say a kind word and support others when I know you must have a lot on your plate to deal with. You're a good woman and wish I lived down the road from you so we could sit and talk over some coffee (perfectly brewed, of course) or whatever you drink. Congrats on your 1 year and keep on going! :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
