  1. I didn't realize today was Jillar's quit Anniversary date. Like you @Stewbum, I miss her dearly too. There's many of us in that camp I believe. I hope she knows she helped so many people desperate to quit and how much she is loved It would make her so proud

  3. She sure has helped many people. I remember my early days on this site when I was still weaning with 2 cigs a day, climbing the walls, and she was one of the people who kept telling me to give it up because otherwise I would be in perpetual withdrawal, and boy was she right!! Thank you Jill!!

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
