I am so glad I read this while I was struggling because it helped me to focus on the positives of quitting and debunked so many of the lies and excuses we tell ourselves. I also learned a few new things. This is my second time quitting, but it feels different already. I'm very thankful to have found this forum and I hope to give and find support in this group (quit net was around the last time I quit).
