  1. Made it through day 1 and am now working through day 2. I'm thinking back to the mistakes I made before (going out in the garage where the cigarettes are, forgetting my deep breathing exercises) and going over them in my head. Making new plans for the day. This time I don't have a 2 hour class before bedtime to keep me occupied in the last hours of the day, which I swear are the worst. So I'm thinking about watching a movie and relaxing before bed. Hope all goes well today.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
