  14. @Doreensfree "BANANA BANANA BANANA" was our "safe word" when I was taking Improv classes a few years back. If someone took the scene somewhere that made you uncomfortable, you were supposed to shout "banana" three times and the scene would end, no questions asked. I never used it or heard it used but it was a nice safety net to have just in case. I don't know if safe words, or that one specifically, are a universal thing with imrpov or if that was just my teacher's way of keeping things on track. I appreciate your confidence in me! This isn't my first quit, but I intend for it to be my last.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
