  8. Congratulations @Pilgrim on 3 months smoke free! You are now over the toughest months in your quit and with each passing month, it will get easier and easier. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will reach the Lido Deck! Onward to 4 months.
  9. Get some plastic cutlery for eating... or wooden. I know when I did radiation keeping the calories up was hard and using metal utensils made it harder because it tasted crap. Also, if you can, drink protein water or shakes. Being tired and sometimes food not tasting the best makes eating not a priority but protein drinks and water are a great way to boost your protein. Protein is vital for healing.
  10. 3 months free today. NOPE!
  11. I am not going to smoke today. NOPE.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
