  1. Past hour
  2. I've been doing ok overall, better than what I was expecting. I still think about smoking but they are just fleeting thoughts. I was feeling a bit dizzy and disorientated but shrugged it off. I then had chest tightness on and off for a few hours. I didn't give it too much thought until the tightness felt worse. Unfortunately I started to panic which didn't help! Luckily I was talked down and now know it is just part of the withdrawal. I don't think I've ever experienced that before. Funny thing is, when I was smoking I didn't get chest pain. The body healing is something else! I just thought I'd share in case anyone new is going through the same thing.

  14. Using PuffStats really helped me stay on track with quitting smoking. I feel better and way more laid-back sticking with vaping these days.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
