Any word in the previous post can be used for the new phrase.

 

For instance, "Keep up the good work" could be followed by "Keep your fingers crossed", "As good as gold" or " All in a days work".

 

Also, any variation of the word is acceptable. "Flight of fancy" can be followed by  "Flew the coop" or "Off to a flying start".
