If I want candy I’ll eat at a bag of skittles.

I don’t like milk with my skittles.

A Twix or snickers on the other hand...

It usually gets worse before it gets better here on the interwebs.  In fact, nutrition is right up there with religion and politics when it comes to topics that can start an online holy war.

Many a good man fell during the Paleo-Vegan wars of 2017.

Give me my Cheerios or Shredded Wheat for breakfast and I am happy as a clam.

You just wait till people get hip to "The Plant Paradox."  Forks will really be flying then....

And then, someone mentioned Stevia and said people should not eat nuts.  After that, the war had reached a tipping point and there was no turning back.

Today was the ultimate.

My room mate and I discovered there exists a cereal called "chips ahoy". It is good.

I have no idea what it is made of but it smells like cappuccino.

Anyone who is concerned about healthy diets should not look in the kitchen at our house here. Almost nothing but junk food.

People try to eat healthy but that just is not sustainable.

I think reciprocity is old enough to be my parent so if he can survive on junk food, I should be in really good shape.

Now about toast and jelly -

I like strawberry preserves. Yes it is the store-bought kind but that is my only option.

That coveted box of chips-ahoy cereal sits in the cup board. Yeah we buy cereal then eat one bowl and there it sits. I might eventually have to feed it to the garbage disposal dog.
