What determines? Looks or background? Or where you are from? Is Porch-seagull a race? Canadian? If so then looks shouldn't matter. Is race and nationality the same for Eskimo?

Why is the Islanders all divided up into a "United Kingdom" but not a king? And separate countries? Why do they drive on wrong side? What idiot brought driving over and got it wrong?
