Joined today and not just online, meetings. I need some accountability.  Unfortunately I used to smoke and smoke and drink diet soda instead of eating.  Now, with no smoking and no working, I need some reinforcement.

I have been a lifetime member for many years.  I need to go back for a tune up, myself!  I think you will really like it.

Weight watchers is awesome!  I had really good success when I did it a few years ago.  I recently started to count my calories and that's been helping me as of late.  Also working exercise into my routine.

You got this my friend.  You can do anything! :)

Curves are good

I did like weight watchers... I did it when I was 16 or 17... lost about 100 lbs - kept it off for a good long time too. I'm thinking about starting again, have gained over the last few years despite likes of exercise, I just need to get the food back on track!
