Hb just made ground turkey and mushroom and jalapeños. He put the jalapeños in the ninja. 4 of them. Like I have never eaten anything so spicy in my life. Gonna die :(

Yumm

Nooooo. I thought I loved jalapeños until now. My most is on fire and I've drank literally 8 glasses of water in 20 min.

I do happen to have a carb check bagel...since dinner was mostly thrown in the trash. Ty Colleen, I'll do it.

Milk? I have heard that milk helps.

MILK !!!!!! Water is the worst thing you can drink.

How's it going Ava?  If none of the above work maybe brushing your teeth and tongue and Listerine?

Now he tells me water is the worst. I don't have any milk and can't stomach almond milk tonight. (Only for cereal.)

C, the bread did help too, thanks. I felt like I was living that scene in Dumb and Dumber.

lol...i eat jalapeno's every day....cut half of one in my omelet...and then cut the other half either for my salad for lunch or in my vegetables at dinner.  I am dying too and dont always agree with me...but it doesn't stop me from eating them.   It's like I can't stop even though it burns...

crave hits.

Oh poor ava I hope you survived :) this reminded me of the grand canyon and where I found out rez resilience to chillies were low, he ate an appetizer called rattle snake eggs(the clue was in the title) nothing to do with eggs or snakes lol it was peppers stuffed with cream cheese

OMG I'm wetting myself thinking about it even now, well what a girl, he went purple, sweating, ate everything and drank everything on the table (from 1 bite only) I nearly had to get the snake bite survival kit out lmao

I am sorry but I have a warped sense of humour and find these things extremely funny and am absolutely no use what so ever as usually I'm on the floor by now

But yes bread, milk, yoghurt etc is supposed to help :)

And pray tell, Tracey, just how many rattle snake eggs did  you eat??  :)

It was a near death experience for me and she is still laughing about this! I didn't see how many or i she ate any because I was on the floor blacking out in pain and agony making peace with God foaming at the mouth!!!!
