Featured Replies

Great work @SD2026! A third of a year smoke free!

Be sure to reward the efforts to reach this point. Rewards along the way are an important way to recognize all your efforts.

And, you probably didn't know this but ... at the 4 month mark YOU, SD2026; get to take a week's break from playing the counting game!!

What a nice surprise eh?

At 4 months, I started to forget about smoking; it was a pleasant sensation.  Congratulations!  Keep going!

Gday

congrats….. you getting up a full head of steam now

Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement! 😊  I feel a shift in how I manage any urges to smoke which doesn't happen as often, nearly always when I'm out but I now feel stronger in shooting them down and they are very brief!

That's a big turning point for me as I struggled with managing it and found it so tiring. It took its damn time but I got there! 😊 Also there are no more tears when I know I can't smoke lol Everyone can now breathe a sigh of relief 😂

It feels like it has been 4 years not 4 months but I'm not seeing that as a downside, it's just so odd to me!

Thank you again for supporting me! 🥰
