Greetings fellow non-smokers.

Been a while since I've logged on.   (Glad I had my password written down)   I'm retired now, and I came by to say I'm still around and my quit is still intact with 7.5 years now.   I still have the occasional dream where I'm smoking, but then I wake up and reality re-asserts itself.   I'll try to check in more often in the future.

Hi, Wayne. Nice to see your post. It’s great to hear from folks with longtime quits!

That’s amazing Wayne!! How do u feel? That’s quite an accomplishment, 7.5 yrs 👏👏

Congrats on your 7 1/2 year quit. Glad you checked in with us.

Ah .... retirement; where everyday is the weekend :)

Congratulations on your 7 and 1/2 year quit and also on your retirement @Wayne045. I just love it when someone checks in that hasn’t logged on for awhile, especially because they are still smoke free and living their best life! I hope to see you around.
