@robin0212hang in there.  smoking was probably a bigger part of your life than even you realize so let yourself grieve a little bit.  it's ok.  we all miss the things we've had a long relationship with, even the toxic ones.  You are doing great.  Just let all those emotions out, it's not healthy to keep it bottled up inside.

Just get back on the train. Most of us have failed before the quit stuck so keep trying. You fail when you give up. Stay positive and look forward to being smoke free. Best wishes. Stay close.

Yep, it’s up and down and WTF!? for a while. Like @Brioski said, we’re detoxing from an addiction. So we’re gonna be despondent one moment, wired the next, then numb until the spin cycle starts again, LOL. It evens out after a bit, just hang in there!

Day 2. Just watched the first Big Tobacco. Jeez. That's a lot to think about. You are going to quit tomorrow right! I think you said you are going to go 4-5 hours?  You can sooo do that!  We stay glued to the forum!!

That’s my plan! We will see how things go tomorrow morning. So far I haven’t had a cigarette for 3ish hours. How are you doing?? Two days is amazing and depending on where you are you are very close to starting day 3!!

Keep pushing! I so admire your power and resilience. This was 45 mins ago…how are you doing??

Good plan! Jumping jacks. Wall/counter top pushups. Walks around the block. Speed-weeding the flower beds. Shadow boxing. Private dance party. Downward facing dog, with dog. Running around the house dragging yarn for the cats to chase. Whatever it takes! You can do this!

Hang in there what ever it takes, you are no longer a slave to nicotine, believe it!

After today you have no more nicotine in your system.

Better. Went out with my daughter to distract. The forum helps me feel held accountable in some odd way. Hard to explain. But I bought banana Laffy Taffy which helps too lol!
