Need to quit.

Recommended Posts

@Reynjoe, we have an SOS forum you can post to BEFORE you smoke so we can help you past the crave. There's nothing worse imo then having to go through that first month over and over again. Maybe you can try using that to save your quit next time?

Really good advice. I am so fortunate to have found this place, for more reasons than the obvious one. A loner, at heart, I am amazed that strangers care so much. I haven’t used the S. O. S. Forum yet, but the particular group of people who have reached out to me, who is still a newbie, makes me feel safe enough to do so, should I need to. Now, you are part of my circle, too, Reynjoe, so stick close!

P.S. I know better than to end a sentence with a preposition, but it was the best way I knew to convey that thought. 😂

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
