This evening she's quit 3 weeks, so she's a view days ahead on me. But we support each other. And we practically quit buddies. Last afternoon, I had her on the phone, after she had a view wines and since I didn't see any new 'quit' milestones on her facebook I send her a little message are you still quit? Yes she replied and you? Me too!!!!

Today she drove me with my guinea pigs to the petstore, to clip the nails. And I'm so happy for her and MYSELF I'm a non-smoker now!

I think at 3 weeks things start to feel a bit calmer. Not always but more often. Before that it's all a bit intense really so well done to your friend and you for holding on so tight!
