  • ran outside 6 miles and walked 1 mile it was nice

  • I am in awe of all of you...but I am proud that after at least 15 years of total slugdom...after 3 1/2 weeks I am walking 1.6 miles in 30 minutes on my treadmill!!

Pip...the class went really fast from the get go...I get that it's fast paced, but for an introductory class, it was  a bit much...I am so uncoordinated it's not even funny...grace is not my middle name for a reason lol.  I will do it again for sure, but need my knee to heal...I was just starting to like running, it's really bummed me out.  It was a good workout though...I did refuse to do burpees though, not for me lol

I did 2 classes yesterday, so big fat nothing today, even ate a cheeseburger :)

Gym #1...Triceps Extensions, Lat pull downs, pulley row, upright rows... then 60 minutes spin :)

The gym: legs, chest, triceps, calfs and then elliptical.

Gym #2 - Spin class 60 minutes (the class is 45 min, but I go a little early), then Abs & Booty class for 45 minutes.

Day 8 level 2 of 30DS. Was not good at the weekend at all ... lots of wine & chocolate and no exercise. Picking myself back up and starting again today :)

Gym # 1 - Triceps Extensions, chest press, seated pulley row, upright rows, Lat Pull downs.  Then I gingerly attempted running again, 10 minutes walking, 15 minutes running.  Knee didn't hurt while running, didn't hurt later, but it was sore...if that even makes any sense.

Was today really day 9 of level 2? Wow, times flying! :)

ran 6.5 miles today then came home grabbed my crazy pup and walked him for 4.2 miles now I am off to work 1500-2300 yay?!?

Just finished level 2 of 30DS! :) start final level tomorrow and I've ordered 'ripped in 30' for after that.

Yesterday 20 minutes pilates, 5 mins exercise bike.

Does anyone know is pilates always with weights?

Hey Marti - I did Pilates for years - often lead by physiotherapists - never once did it with weights - unless you talk body weight ??

After being away a few days back to the gym - weights with my trainer plus intervals - no one ever said I love burpees and I know why !! Then back later for my sad version of combination of running / walking / shambling !! With the latter - pretty sure I can ace a role in the next zombie movie!!

Lol Pippa, zombie apocolypse en route :)

Thanks for pilates info, this dvd always uses weights (which is fine) but I didn't think it was standard to do so. x

20 minute power walk, followed by 20 minutes core pilates (ironically without weights) and into hoovering and mopping the kitchen and lounge.

Just cardio today - elliptical intervals

No exercise today :( had a day off work sick & just felt too tired to do anything. Back to it tomorrow!

25 mins yoga and 6 minutes exercise bike, hurting a bit from proper pilates yesterday lol.
