  3. Hi and thanks for all the replies. I did experience this last time I tried to quit and got a whole bunch of tests and turned out I had bronchitis. It's not as bad this time and seems to be easing out today....
  4. I've had pains in my chest since yesterday and I think it's probably my lungs that are responsible. Has anyone experienced this just after quitting?

  14. Hooray it's Sunday and I'm still here. The crappy withdrawals are almost non existent this morning and I slept better last night.

Most of this year has been a battle to stop smoking and I have had periods of abstinence but none like this.   16. I cant login properly without choosing the forgot password option and cant change my current password either, beleive me i have tried numerous times. So what now? I cant get help,if i cant log in and have to do the whole forgot password story eveytime....
  17. Hey hey, its Friday! Today hasnt been too bad! I havent smoked yippee!!! Had the occasional withdrawal pang but nothing too hectic. Im applying what I learnt at the Easyway clinic and reading the book evry now and then for a reminder. Thanks for the messages guys. I need them....
  18. I was chewing gum at the time.... anger issues yes. I'm smoking again. The Allen Carr clinic said I can go again next Thursday, so until then I am smoking. I'm going to post and prepare myself in the meantime and hopefully I will be ready to quit by then.
  19. I threw the filthy things away after destroying them. I made a list of why I don't want to smoke anymore and plan to read it regularly. Damn this I'm so sick and tired ov this shit.
