I love celebrating the one month milestone! It is such a huge accomplishment. Sincere Congrats NI. Once you're back on your feet, I hope you have a nice celebration. And I agree with others...why wait for 6 months? :)

I was so bummed when I heard this. And grateful that I made it through the time when I had a pinched nerve and took up to 16 Advil a day.

Joined an online support forum once and it worked well; still friends with some of them now 10+ years later. So, I Googled, read a bit here and joined a week or so after my quit date.

On Sundays. We get to rest. God said so.

Friday night dinner with a friend Saturday - Farmer's Market, coffee w/a friend, afternoon hike rain or shine, make some ribs, evening wine and campfire (hopefully) at friend's place Sunday sit and fart, do some laundry
