That's fantastic @Amy R. It must be amazing to look back at what you've achieved! Not just the no smoking but your weight loss journey too! I can imagine you're super proud of your clever daughter! Reading posts like yours helps a lot with those of us who are in the early stages (like me). I'll 2 weeks smoke free tomorrow. I will admit, January is a dreary month anyway but this takes the biscuit lol Well done and thank you for sharing your journey and giving some of us hope to keep going! 😊
