  1. Woah 9 years, now that is some achievement, congrats!
  2. Mahalo Nui Loa @jillar
  3. Does @reciprocity just disappear for periods of time or ? While I get people probably move on after they get more and more confident in their quit and do not need as much support, but this seems abrupt to me.

  6. Sorry things are tough for you right now @Linda hope it will get better. I just finished Allen Carr's book The Easy Way, been reading a little here and there. While I was confident in (the fight) my quit early on, it really helped me make sense some things. Hang in there!
  7. Looks cold for sure @Mac#23. I really like this time of year in AZ, we get to see some clouds occasionally. 45 low and 73 for a high make some great temps to get outside.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
