  6. I'm sorry you need surgery but I am glad you can have it and that it will be covered. Now with Medicaid you should be able to see doctors more often which is so important with diabetes. xx Thinking of you!

Because you probably grew up with them just steamed with salt and maybe some mint sauce lol. You can make most veggies taste good with garlic and cheese lol

  13. I remember smoking outside in blizzards! I also remember the panic as to if I had enough cigs to last the night. Crazy amounts of time were spent wondering if I had enough smokes to get by. So happy to not have to think about that anymore. Also, even though we are at a higher risk for smoking related disease as onetime smokers our risk factors go down tremendously once we quit and for each year we remain quit.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
