Since I am spending a week at my house, I am using my Schwinn exercise bike for my 30 minute cardio workouts. I ride 6.5 miles in a half hour. It seems harder than the treadmill, but doesn’t burn as many calories, which is frustrating. The important thing, though, is I am still able to work out. -
