  2. Try not to beat yourself up too much, Linda. I relapsed last week and had to start again on August 4th. I had the same pattern of buying a pack and throwing them away after 3-4 cigs. It was insanity. I am understanding the addiction more now. I really want to keep my quit date now. Hang in there, Linda.
  3. Doing better than I thought. I get urges but they don't last very long. Watching a lot of movies since most stores and public places are still closed.

  5. Yes, I know that I can. One is never just one anyway. As you say it is off the table now.
  6. I lost my girlfriend to stage 4 lung cancer last year and it's taken me a year to stop. COPD brought me here.
  7. Did a lot of deep breathing yesterday and actually got 8 hours of sleep. I'll take it!
  8. I have been doing some deep breaths today. I had a lot of stress come up today and normally would want a smoke. But that didn't happen today.
  9. Hate to keep bothering you but did it work this time?
