  19. Great job Nana, This is such a productive way at looking at your quit. Realizing what trigger or why you think you want to smoke is a smart realization. This way you can take on these triggers and urges head on. When you can do that then you are much better equipped to suppress this junkie thinking. This will help you achieve a long and effective quit. Stay safe, make smart choices and always remember to Nope.
