  6. You know I really respect you for keeping trying. If you can just push through you can make it. I've seen quitters before really struggling and they turn into a strong quitter. Just keep going Lilly, I know you can do it!
  7. I went in asda this morning and its rows and rows of Easter eggs!!!! ? it's tricky but I like a wee challenge . I remember I gave up crisps before and its like they start talking to you from the shelves lol EAT ME!!!

  12. What about I'm Bad @jillar ? Uch I think I will watch it. I will try youtube it over weekend. I think it is good that once taboo subjects like abuse, mental health etc are discussed in the mainstream these days. That helps people.

  16. I remember feeling very mortal early in my quit and actually still to this day. As a smoker I felt invinsible I suppose. Too busy smoking, too much in denial to see what's really happening. But it was a lung cancer diagnosis that prompted my quit. And that young mum that got diagnosed did die shortly after diagnosis. Her getting diagnosed just clicked something in me. She wasn't old. She was young. Had a wonderful husband...children. I dinny want that to me and seen for the first time ever that it could be. So yes I think the thought of death is absolutely enough to make people quit. And it's really pretty straight forward once you realise these fags will kill you. Other quit reasons in previous quits, those quits were hard for me and I never managed longer than 22 days.
  17. I put lots of veg in stuff too. This is gona sound mega gross to some I'm sure but tonight was just scrambled egg on toast. But I put in some left over totties, mange tout and brocoli from yesterday. And added half a leek and tiny bit of sweet corn lol so it was more veg on toast but I tell you what, it was delish ?
