I read it years ago and quit but failed quickly in that quit. But still to this day retain some of the logic from the book. It is invaluable. I say read the book for sure. It will only help you. It wasn't a magic book for me but it did teach me a hell of a lot which is what quitting for good is all about.

My mum and step dad moved abroad when I was hmmm say 26/27 something like that. Our close knit family went a bit (big bit) tits up. Took a few years mind. But now totally fractured. I dont want to throw a spanner in the works! But it will totally change your family dynamic! You might be far more central to your family than you realise. Like a thread that holds everyone together. I'm not trying to put you off at all! Just a wee fore warning of what can happen. I'm such other can vouch for it a great idea and works out fantastic . Just kinda saying it needs consideration kinda thing. You know I come from a good place @Lilly
