    Hey MLMR like Jordan said these craves creep up from time to time to the most seasoned quitters too. The beauty is at your stage of quitting that's all they are...thoughts. Easily brushed aside by doing something else to busy your mind. We all have them and with what's going on in the world it should come as no surprise that old ways of dealing with stress would surface.   22. Well I'm not sure how a carpet got in the mix but I'm certain that an English muffin tastes way better than a piece of carpet. Even if said carpet is brand new and has never been walked on

  24. Hi Andrew, good to hear from you 😊 Congratulations on almost two months quit, I was given saline nasal spray for my dry sinuses from a nurse and it seems to work pretty good. Maybe you can try that 😊
