-5... well its floods or droughts.... one or the other down here, we like our extremes. Water restrictions are a big thing for us... but it was a bad El Nino when she was born and there may have been a few drizzles her first year but there was no real rain until just before her third birthday and she freaked "sky broked" ... I was just so used to it I didn't even realise she had no idea what rain looked like.

The kid was born during a drought.... didn't see her first rain until she was nearly 3... freaked her out. -3

  16. My point was more along the line that Asbestos should be and is regulated now but tobacco products which are just as harmful are not as regulated and I tend to think they should be. That said, anyone born after 1964 knows smoking is bad and they are making the conscious choice to do so and as such I tend to think if your stupid enough to make the decision to smoke then that's on you... not arguing that point... my point is why are we still being given that choice to make?
  17. Melbourne Zoo ... without the kid and take the whole day and see all the stuff i wanna see... I love the Melbourne Zoo... the kid not so much..

False ... I went to the local thai resteraunt with my dad, aunty and uncle, baby sister and her fella and my kid. My dad bought lolly bags and fairy bread so it could be a real party though. TNP wont put candles on their cake anymore because they might set of the smoke detector.
