  3. I agree with Doreen and Jillar, it could well be a UTI, which could be causing these problems, and as said, a urine test will determine it. I looked after my mother in law for 3 years with vascular and Alzheimer’s, she didn’t have hallucinations, but was very delusional. praying your Mom doesn’t have this horrible disease. My mother in law had to have a scan and also tests which were memory questions and also draw things like a clock , and put the hands pointing to certain times.
  4. Welcome to the train hollyleaf and great going on your Five days smokefree, the worst week almost done. stay determined and it will get easier, slowly but surely. I found relaxing sleep music on YouTube helped me a lot or calm sounds of nature, like the sea or rain . pamper yourself, and give yourself regular treats to keep you motivated. You will surprised how quick the days will start to go. come here as much as you can and read everything, and watch the Joel Spitzer videos, they are so helpful. all the best to you.

  7. Great going Dogbelly, you are doing brilliant! jillar. I smoked my head off last day too lol. I had a pack over half full, and rather than throw them away, I smoked myself stupid, and felt so sick, I was glad when they had gone, and it was about 11 pm at night too on the 31st Jan, so I counted the 1st Feb as my quit day.

  12. You must summon up the strength and determination to shake this nicodemon from your shoulder. You have to want it badly to do it. Dont be weak and say you can’t.....Get Mad With It. You CAN. Come on and snap out of these negative thoughts. Hope you come back soon.
