  1. Thank you for the encouragement and support, I have been healing from being in the hospital and not had the energy to get on much. Today is day 9
  2. Thanks, I will check it out. I’m struggling right now at this moment & can’t sleep.
  3. This is my second night home from the hospital & apparently the middle of the night maybe the time I’m going to struggle the most with wanting a cigarette or at least for now. I have ate a couple pieces of candy but still really want to smoke. I actually lite a cigarette but threw it before I smoked. It smelled gross, OMG this is going to be a long process...
  4. My friend said that this group saved her when she quit smoking and suggested it to me. I have smoked for 28 years, wow I don’t usually write that out or even say it out loud. I’m on day 5 of no smoking, hopefully it continues.
