  3. Welcome to the train hollyleaf and great going on your Five days smokefree, the worst week almost done. stay determined and it will get easier, slowly but surely. I found relaxing sleep music on YouTube helped me a lot or calm sounds of nature, like the sea or rain . pamper yourself, and give yourself regular treats to keep you motivated. You will surprised how quick the days will start to go. come here as much as you can and read everything, and watch the Joel Spitzer videos, they are so helpful. all the best to you.

  8. Great going Dogbelly, you are doing brilliant! jillar. I smoked my head off last day too lol. I had a pack over half full, and rather than throw them away, I smoked myself stupid, and felt so sick, I was glad when they had gone, and it was about 11 pm at night too on the 31st Jan, so I counted the 1st Feb as my quit day.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
