  1. Jo, why so sad, this is perfect for our one sunny day of the year What do you use for BBQ on the beach?

^^^ love those choices, art in general would be cool, but to play guitar really well would be joyful. Proper cooking for family. Less pressure if you balls up. Everyone coming round and you want to lay on a feast. What do you prepare?

Yep true, up until around 8pm at least. TNP has spent or will spend today out in the sun?

  5. ^^^ I mean I'll let it slide because it has 896 in there and what the hell can I do in any case, but WTF that number is 1896 ?! What kind of place would have no more pubs for nearly 900 km?

Oh hell, so many. It would need to be a team sport we don't really play here. Short list in order of increasing interest would be kabaddi, lacrosse, gaelic football, aussie rules and baseball. But the winner is handball. It seems to be played a lot more on various parts of the continent, but has never been a thing here. What skill would you most like to learn if you had all the time in the world?
  7. Pudding is all about context. Come here, give us a hug pud (pudding), then it is definitely a term of endearment and I would take it as related to being sweet. Get your arse off the couch you lazy pudding, is definitely not a term of endearment and is more about being soft, stodgy and unhealthy. Oi pudding - who the hell know? Shame writing struggles with the voice it's being said in, isn't it?
  8. International no diet day, now there's a concept I can get behind. So not yet halfway through our 3 day weekend it's a big, fat Nope from me!

  15. Hey Sunny, hope things have settled down for you over the past couple of days. I don't have many details left over from the start of my quit as qsmb went down. However I had been noting my general feeling in those early days. I know each quit is different, but I found the first 10 days relatively easy, I guess from the sheer determination and adrenaline of it. I had a period of around 8 days in the second and third weeks where it felt like I was travelling through hell. It is a dim memory now and it is only looking back on my notes I remember it. I promise you, if it is still tough, it does get better. At the time I couldn't quite get my head around how it got more difficult, but it was temporary. Keep pushing through!
  16. Do you reckon that may just be my much younger brother?

  19. Is it bad I have to put the most room I can between me and the shop door?
  20. Sslip replied to Colleen's topic in Games
Skates, reckon they give me more of a chance of staying upright. Saturday Food : Prefer a meal out or a takeaway at home?
  21. Body shop can be good, but doesn't Lush make your eyes water?
  22. Suz, welcome on board and congratulations on the time you've already clocked up.
  23. ^^^ Same here, it freaked me out to start with, just the idea of saying Not One Puff Ever. How could I say that just a few days into my quit. That is until I got the concept of committing to it just for a today. It has been a friend and companion ever since.

So this one is easy. I would love to be a sports statistician. If you could return to any one sporting event and experience it live what would it be?
