I'm thinking of knitting myself a Chunky Cardigan..... Need to keep busy .....and it will knit up quick ....I get impatient..... Yes send for wool tomorrow....Oh this sounds scarey ... We Brits had a storm yesterday ...and that was bad ..but nothing on this scale .... Stay safe folks ...We have a daily pledge ...NOPE ...Not One Puff Ever .... It's a great way to start every day ....it's a promise you won't smoke for the next 24 hours.. I found this a powerful tool ...and helped me through one day at a time ....14 Hey !!!!....No laughin !!!!Awww....One day Maddie will throw that tennis ball....and Cash will be delighted !!!Great ears !!!!!I dog sit the border collie next door ....she loves me coming in with a carrot to crunch ...Well done ..... Makes sense .... Change your negative thoughts to positive ones ....I am going to quit ...I will do this .... It's all about attitude ..... I learned QI Gong .. check it out on You Tube ...great way to calm the mind ...Linda ...you need to be patient .... Your body has Alot of healing to do ....you,ve abused it with poison,s for a long time ...Decades.... Don't over think .... Just take it one day at a time ...it will get better ....and the rate it gets better differs to each person .... This is why we call it a journey ....not a race ....keep going ...
