No need for shame ....you won't be the first ..or...the last ...it's a addiction .... It would be a bigger shame if you didn't jump back on and find your Freedom .... This is a insidious addiction that takes no prisoners .... Something's are worth fighting for ....I think your life is one of them ....dont you ?????🐸

Hi Matthew.... I would say ....Take a seat on the Train ...Look and Learn ....knowledge is what you need to Quit ... Hang around a while ....you,ll understand ...why you should Quit ...and we will help you Quit ...No SOS....before ....Duh !!!!!.... Ok , All you can do is dust down ...take your seat ...buckle up....and go back to basics .... Read up on everything ...watch the video,s.... Now you know that ciggerette,s still taste crap...as they did when you first quit ...you know it the right thing to do .....🐸I agree ..it's good you have jumped back on the Train ....sometimes you just need that last reminder Of how stinky and crap smoking really is ... You are ready to have your forever quit now ...so let's get you to the Lido Deck 😁...Don't over think Marie .... Take it one minute at a time if you have too....our brains can be our worst enemy..... Thinking alot about it ...is actual worse than it really is .... You can do it ...🐸Good to see you Justin .....we are proud you have kept your Fabulous Quit ....🐸👍Welcome aboard Marie ....Wow !!!..wish I had only smoked for 4 years ....I can add another 60....🙁 In that time I've tried every quit possible many times over .... The only thing that worked for me was Never Take Another Puff ...Ever ..... Cutting down is like ripping a plaster off very slowly ...more painful.....just rip it off .... It's education that will help you ....knowledge ...understanding this horrible addiction ... Read all you can here ....watch the videos ...follow people ,s journey ,s..... This is what will help you to Freedom .... Stay close ..and sit tight and buckle up....🐸👍Yep !l.... Going through all those emotions without your little fix ...and not even a thought of them .. That something to be happy and proud of Boo....your little Prince and Princess will never have to Smell or watch Daddy chuck up gung .... Sorry to hear Yoda your going through a tough time just now ....and relieved knowing you realize smoking won't alter anything .. I too have had a tough week ...it's 4 years since I lost my life long friend of over 64 years... She died of pancreatic cancer ,due to smoking ....she never found her Freedom ... I'm proud of you Yoda....I had a much longer Quit ....which helped .... Now and again we need a reminder of why we are on the Train ...❤️🐸The Quit Train is pacing too.......❤
