  1. Nothing like a good health scare to wake you up and smell the coffee.... I was threatened with having my two feet amputated....ya ...my lungs were fine ... Of course it was hard at the beginning....but I was told Take Smoking Off The Table No Matter What !!. I kept myself busy ..I stuck to the forum like glue ...learning all I could..... Another wise person who had years ahead of me ...told me .... It's Ok to Wobble ....just don't Fall Over ....

As you can see ..some members here have good stable quits ...showing you it's so doable ... All you need is the desire to Quit ... Make a solid choice to Never Stick Anything In Your Mouth And Set Fire To It ... You smoked again because you were still going through the motions with Vaping ... You need to retrain your brain away from this ritual..... We have tons of great information on the Main Smoking Board ...to get you started ... We have some great newbies ,you can travel along with .... You can do it ....

  14. 400grms.....Chickpeas. 2 Cloves of Garlic. 2 Tbsp Of Lemon Juice. 2 Tbsp Fat Free Yoghurt. Pinch of Paprika ( optional)... Blend the Chickpeas Add Remaining Ingredients and Blend Well.... That's it .... Love it with Celery as a dip ...

  20. We have a daily NOPE thread ..... This is a great way to start your day ....it's a promise not to smoke for the next 24 hours .... This can be a great tool in your quit .... If you want to know anything ..just ask ...there is always someone to help ....
  21. Welcome Board @Barb63.... Congratulations on your Fabulous Quit ... I was your age when I quit ...after smoking 52 years .... WE have lots of good information and videos to watch ...Knowledge ....this will be your weapon to fight the Demon. Check out the Main Smoking board ...a great place to start .... we are all different ...I felt like I had to be here 24/7.... Take your time to look around the forum...get to know us all...we are one big happy family ..
