  4. When you finish the course of NRT...you still have to go cold turkey ....it's like taking a band aid of very slow . Much quicker to just rip it off and get that sting over with ... Some folks have tried sleep hypnosis on you tube ....it's just a thought ... Me personally I rode it out ...and just excepted it was all a part of the healing process ... One day this will be all behind you.....

  6. The truth is I had more anxiety the past 2 weeks (and anytime I contemplated quitting) than I've had in the past 24 hours. It's not a piece of cake (mmmm cake), wait what was I saying.... don't I have a spice cake recipe somewhere??? *wanders off* Our brains can sometimes be our worst enemy ... Well done ....upwards and onwards ..

  16. This is my Last day of peace for two weeks .. Dog Sitting King Louis ....My Sons Family Cavapoochon....while they go on thier jolly,s to Spain ... My Ted the cat just about tolerates him ...and is definitely the Boss.... Louis gives him a wide berth .... So wish me luck ...playing referee .....Here is the housequest...

  20. Sovereign Hill Raspberry Drops....for those not from the great land diwn under or lucky enough to have visited our wonderful tourist attraction Soveriegn Hill, these are the greatest lollies. I remember it well Jo....great place .....and yes I also remember all the boobies

  24. Thought we could post our tips and hints ,to what helped you quit ..... I had a few .... My punching pillow ....I used a Marker to draw a face ..( never mind who ). When I got a crave I would punch that pillow so hard it went flying through the air ....a few times of doing that ....my crave had past .... I'll be back later with more ... What did you do ?????
  25. FM.... Many roads lead to Rome ....Just get your your arse there any way you can ... Fill your tool box with all the tools you can find ... Chew regular gum too....it keeps your mouth busy .... Buckle up ...there will be some bends ahead ..but if you hold on tight ...you will Reach your destination. FREEDOM !!!!!!
