New observations Take wife out to buy something special for good check up on the boobies. She being picky and don't like anything I all the outlets. Now I don't mind shopping if you buy something but just looking for two hours sucks even though it's cheaper Second thought. Jewelry store keeps leading us to diamonds. She not interested. Second store same thing. Don't they see she is already wearing a substantial one? Of course they do. That's why we aren't looking at them. More money they think. So lady says "a bigger diamond is always liked ". I say "her husband can pay for diamonds. I'm not going to ". And then wait. They don't say anything. It shuts them up totally

At vets. Dog vomiting lately. Place is expensive for every test over 500 right now.... Why does it seem vets are full of shit and ripping us off? Like its a guessing game. Watching people check out. 90 here. 250 there. Next is 180. Check up is 54 for five minutes with doctor and five more with the tech. Think the mob is running this operation. Waiting for my total...........

Exactly....look at urges and pains of quiting as good things. Body telling you it likes whats going on and wants to quit. Mind set is MOST important part of quit. If it is painful and slow in your head, guess how long and much harder the quit is? But embrace the suck, put your head down and march forward. After a while the march gets easier. Don't even have to look where your going, head down and push if needed, but soon feet are moving and your not thinking about it, then it gets easier and easier. Soon your moving downhill. Feet just need lifed and foot is pulled forward by downhill gravity. Sing cadence if needed!!
