  17. Great to see you toceveoD ! and so happy to hear you have kept your quit. I quit drinking for a while when I first quit, when I went back it was not a big deal. NOPE was etched into my soul and I didn't experience a crave or a trigger. But, I know with the relaxing of inhibitions things can go wrong so, protect your quit. Protect it with your life.
  18. Congratulations @ekptr on your NINE months of Freedom ! Thank you for your update, it is wonderful to learn you are still free. Things will continue to get better for you except, the stench of tobacco may remain repugnant and the horrors of smoking always apparent. So happy you quit !

Here is another take on H.A.L.T, I still think HALT to myself...now, not about smoking but, about other things, it helps me stay current with myself and figure out what may be going on.
