  4. Juan, I am sorry to hear this, but not as sorry as you must be. You quit for 7 days, don't post a new quit date. Quit right now Juan, it will be so much easier on yourself if you do it now.
  5. Wonderful news, glad to hear it Soozie!
  6. (((Tracey))) That is sad Tracey, I'm sorry to hear it, he was much too young. I am happy though, that you knew enough to quit when you did. Your Dad must be so proud of you, as all of us here are.
  7. He is here, just not active yet. Just give him some time :)

  10. LB I tried your cheese chips about a week ago. I didn't use light cheese, and they were so delicious. I think I used a mexican blend I had left over from Taco night.
  11. Yesterday I made stir fry with rice noodles, beef and broccoli in a ginger sauce. Love ginger these days!

Evelyn, I agree with Sue, it sounds like you need somebody there with you. Is there any chance you could delay weaning yourself off the meds until after you are comfy in your quit? It's possible quitting the meds and smoking at once is too much for you. It might make a big difference. Just suggestions. Either way, please call your doctor just in case. In the meantime, feel free to vent here as much as you need, sometimes we just need someone to listen.
  14. That is awesome! Enjoy Carlo...If I brought a goat home, I am sure the neighbors would be calling animal control lol.
  15. Are you all right now Evelyn?

The survey is password protected to prevent guests from giving their opinion. Once you enter the survey, the password should be obvious. If it is not, please let me know. The survey will be up for 2 weeks, so there is no rush.

  21. For a variety of reasons actually. Being diagnosed at 37 with mild COPD (bronchitis/emphysema), my son picking up one and pretending to smoke, that constant annoying cough that never went away; I could go on and on, but those top the list. By the way, that annoying cough? Gone within a week of quitting :D
