  1. Happy Easter everyone!

This is your junkie mind trying to talk you into smoking. Smoking will not make Easter easier or better. Things will always come up and a lot of times things will be out of your hands and not on your terms. This can be a tempting excuse to give up and say you'll try again later. Things very well may come up again later. This is no reason to light up. There is no good reason to light up. You have over a month smoke free. These are the toughest times but things get better and you do not want to go back to having to do that first month again. Remember this quote (in my signature) from another successful quitter, "If you have just one you will be right back where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are right now." Keep the quit. You can do this.
  3. Congratulations 👏🎉 on 2 years smoke free @Mac#23. Great job!
  4. Congratulations on 9 months smoke free @overcome. Awesome job 😎
  5. NOPE - Not One Puff Ever
  6. NOPE - Not One Puff Ever. Life is far better without smoking.
  7. As I got older as a smoker, I started to grow very self-conscious of how I smelled when around crowds that were mostly non-smokers (especially at work). After quitting, I started feeling more confident in these type of settings and realized that it was one of many smaller things that made me feel good about everyday life. Like you just posted, Molly, not having to go out and smoke in crappy weather is also a nice plus. The further you get in your quit, you will discover many positives, some big and some small, about not being a smoker. It is a positive journey.
  8. Welcome back @Steven Drojensky. Sorry to hear about your relapse but I am glad you are back to quitting. You can do this!
