  1. Congratulations on 2 months smoke free @Jane You are doing a great thing for yourself. Keep up the great work!
  2. Welcome @Sioux57 and congratulations on your 10 year plus quit. I did see you on NOPE365. I did a google search a few minutes ago and the links to NOPE appear weird but this link should work https://nope365.com/ I'm not sure if you are familiar with QSMB (Quit Smoking Message Board) but this site branched off of that one a number of years ago. Not sure if you are familiar with that site but judging by your quit date, I thought you might be. There are also some QuitNet people here as well. I hope you stick around. It is good to have you here.
  3. Congratulations on 56 days smoke free @Jane and good job getting off the patches as well. I did not notice issues in my early weeks of my quit with increased blood pressure so I am not sure how common that is, although I was definitely more stressed. I do know that smoking itself raises blood pressure so I don't think that quitting is making your blood pressure worse. There could be external factors but I am not a doctor. I hope the increased medication helps and I hope your doctor can give you good guidance on this matter. That being said, you are doing great in quitting. Keep up the great work.
  4. Congratulations on 2 months smoke free @Pilgrim Keep up the great work!
  5. NOPE!
  6. Lots of random weirdos seem to be trying to spam the QTrain with worthless ads lately. 😞 Fortunately, this spam loving dog appears to be a non-smoker.
  7. Congratulations on 9 years smoke free Wayne. That is huge. We're very sad to hear about Jill but I know she would be happy and proud to hear about your great quit going strong. Smoking is a horrible thing and it is a huge achievement to leave it behind.
