  1. Congratulations on 2 months of freedom, Moonglyn. I hope you do something big to celebrate.
  2. NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.
  3. NRT's are perfectly fine to discuss, Michelle, and I like having July 4th as your freedom (quit) date. Educate yourself as much as possible about what you are doing and stick around here for support. I can tell you from personal experience that the back-and-forth between quitting and smoking is torture. It is best to go ahead and quit for good. We are here for support if you need it.
  4. 1,685 days. I can't believe I used to smoke. I was around some smokers today and the smell was horrible. Stick with it if you are early on in your quit. Things get so much better with time and the freedom is definitely worth any early struggles.
  5. You are doing great, @Ankush
  6. NOPE - Never Again!
  7. NOPE !!! Happy Friday everybody!
  8. I noticed that the recently active members list at the bottom of the site no longer appears. Is that coming back? It was nice to see who was online and had recently visited.
  9. I'm glad you successfully fought through that, Sunshine. I read that you got two cigarettes and I feared the worst. I'm glad you threw them away without lighting up.. Good job. If you ever get to this point again, though, please reach out for help here before even buying the cigarettes. That is too close.

    Hit and Run

Yeah, it could be a good match-up. Max Fried is a promising young arm for the Braves. I've seen him pitch a couple of times. I'm trying not to get my expectations up too high for Alzolay this early. It is only his second MLB game so I do expect some ups and downs. With the struggles of Chatwood, Darvish, and Quintana, any positive contributions Alzolay can make will definitely be welcome.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
