  1. Happy 18 months mammy. And what a great adventure it has been! So happy to have found you, and honoured to call you my friend. x
  2. a NOPE over here :)

Jess, feel better soon - like you say, you earned that! And bring your picture back soon, I miss your smile!
  5. And NOPE from me, too.
  6. Let's hope so Chrys - we have all been there before, trying to defend those little cancer sticks like they were our friends!
  7. OK, I'm glad you like it :) :D How far are you - up to date?
  8. Sitting at work and having to listen to a smoker trying to tell me (and everyone else) that smoking does not cause, nor is related to, cancer... honestly, only a smoker would say this! He is pretty adamant about it too... Bloody junkie thinking...!
  9. We've just started watching this, and seen about 7 or so episodes so far (I think season 1 will have 13 episodes, 2 of which haven't aired yet). Was just wondering if many people in the US are watching this, and if so, is it popular? We really like it, and hoping it is popular enough to warrant a second season... Here are the details http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3489184/ If you haven't watched it, give it a chance. The first episode wasn't great, but it gets a lot better from episode 2 onwards. It reminds us a lot of Supernatural. Plus, John Constantine is pretty cool when he's cast properly! :)
  10. Hi Lace, I don't really know about the side effects, but they must pale in comparison to the side effects of smoking ;) Maybe your friend can find her way here? :)
  11. You can do it Mike. Like you said - If you decide you aren't going to smoke anymore, it doesn't really matter if there are cigarettes lying around or not... smoking them is no longer something you do :)
  12. Congratulations, Paul. 6 months is a really big deal, and I hope that you do something to celebrate!
  13. Morning All! NOPE
  14. Congratulations Colleen, what a great milestone. So happy for you and your son :)
  15. Happy belated birthday Mason!
  16. Hope you had a great day Sarah :)
  17. Fantastic Kristin, you are doing so well! Great to see the 3 month mark is here - you are really flying now :d
  18. Brilliant, huge congratulations are in order!
  19. Laura, this is awesome! Knew you could do this :)

Shame you are so far away from here! I agreed with Humbled though, maybe spruce up your CV a bit? Or take someone else have a look at it? Sometimes there is one glaringly obvious thing that you don't see yourself that can be changed and make a massive difference! Plus, do you have a Facebook account or any other social media stuff? I don't do it personally (usually), but I know that some employers that scour the internet for stuff about people! (not that I am saying there is bad stuff about you online!) I am sure that you will be fine!
  23. action replied to Nancy's topic in Off The Record
Sorry to hear this Nancy... I hope that it all turns out for the best. I too despise people who think that they are entitled to things that other people have worked hard for...
  24. NOPE!
