Really well done to you for getting stuck in again, that alone is a fantastic achievement, why don't you start the daily Nope threads this week to keep you motivated, please promise us you will post an sos next time instead of smoking. You will not regret this decision to change your life for the absolute better, well done for choosing life over cigarettes because you are worth soo much more, we are all here to help you anytime or anything you need just shout xxx

Please god it will be nothing serious, wishing for good health for you but really well done on your year, fantastic achievement. Who knows if you hadn't quit when you did mondays ER visit would probably have been a hell of alot more serious xxx

I normally wear lip nivea soft rose lip balm thing during the day, it's a lovely pinky colour and then jane iredale lipstick and gloss when I'm going out somewhere at night ;) I like a bit of sticky on my lips!!

Awh Bonnie soo very sorry to hear about your daughter, poor thing must be in agony and mammy must be climbing the walls with worry, nothing worse than seeing your child in pain, thinking of you both, well done on not smoking, no point anyway as you said you would be no use to her if you were outside smoking and then coming back in stinking, daughter, doctors, nurses stomach turning from the stench x Any update??

I think I damaged my senses from years of smoking, I can't smell as well as I use to be able to, it's pretty shitty and wish I could smell as well as I did only a year or so ago, heads wrecked, want to smell my nice smellies I buy myself better then I can. Another stupid negative about cigarettes ; (
